So click General Configuration

and you should see a way to set your themes path

er, themes URL

actually hang on, the URL shouldn’t have changed, right? this is a path issue

let me continue looking at the docs

okay, so what you may need to do is look in your browser devtools under the Network tab and see where it’s looking for those files

it’s presumably 404ing so you can just see what the URL that is 404ing is
