Yeah @adrienne and I have been kicking around for a long time 😉 Started pmachinehosting.com with Rick when it was just Rick writing pMachine. We had a lot of fun when Paul Burdick came on board on the pMachine side.. ah the early days of this platform… But yeah I don’t think we have too many sites still running EE v1, still a lot of old sites running EE v2 for sure thought on VPS servers that really should not be online anymore (or EE v1 and v2 for that matter…) Glad you still remember where the paths were in EEv1 @adrienne 🎉
Running an ancient version of EE on a new server is an interesting challenge (ask me how I know… my CP looks very much like that right now ; ). Turn on all of the error reporting in all of the places so you can see what’s getting jacked - you’ve probably got modern php trying to figure out how to interpret hieroglyphics. It’s not even possible to roll back php in cPanel that far anymore.
Well, jacked up might be a relative term. LOL Looking at the filed for the side links in the screenshot I shared. It isn’t showing any of the field for the entry in order to edit it. I think that is the reason it is broken on the actual site. EE is not fully rendering so it is not pulling that data correctly onto the site. I think.
