Slack: dummy option for email!

Tom dropped in this github commit for a dummy config setting for emails- https://github.com/ExpressionEngine/ExpressionEngine-User-Guide/pull/980/files

Used when mail_protocol is set to dummy. This is the path to write the email logs to. Default is /tmp
