How to custom order entries easily?

I have a page of dining locations and all the locations are stored in a channel. In the template, if you are on the “Dining” page it just lists them alphabetically Client wants to be able to put them in a particular order… anyone have a way of ding this on page that doesn’t involve relationship fields ?

You can order the display of entries on the frontend by just about any custom field, or use an add-on like Low Reorder to drag and drop multiple ordering options.
