How to create a Time field?

I have to create a “time” field.. was thinking of a Select dropdown and use pair/value as 0000 : 00h00 , 0030 : 00h30 , 0100 : 01h00 and so on!.. any hint for a quicker/better way. I’ll have to sort the ouput after it’s why i’m using pair/value And i’ll have to make logical with current time and these value..
