New Extensions - User Login / Logout Redirection!

Not sure if this is within the realm of possibility but I would love to see this used with membership groups in mind. I’d like to redirect member groups to different types of pages right after logging in. That would open up a whole bunch of possibilities for me and I bet for others.
Here’s an example of someone else who could use this type of functionality:

When I get this working as a plug-in which I am hoping won’t be too far away then you should just be able to use conditionals to do what you need which I think would be the best way around that kind of idea. It would mean that you could go wherever you want based on groups but not be limited to the setting in the extension as you may just may want it to be different for a certain reason or page.
Once I get the plug-in sorted I will let you know.

Login Redirect extension / plugin
Please don’t use the Login Redirect extension attached at the start of this thread. It won’t do anything bad but to tell the truth in testing again I don’t think that it even actually works!! 😊
The new version should do though but please do read the disclaimer first!

Does this login redirect plug-in actually exist. No links and now downloads seem to work?
The file had to be taken down some time back now due to licensing rules that I wasn’t fully conversant with at the time of writing it I’m afraid. There is a return link parameter on the login form tag which should do what you need though?
