What is the simplest way to have users pay for 3-5 products on a website. This is for a temporary need to sell some posters. Would list 3-5 posters on a website and want users to pay for them. Don’t need order management or shipping management. Just pay for an item and we get an email and can manually pass user’s info to the printer who will fulfill. Even the Charge plugin sounds like too much, thinking maybe Paypal pay Button added to the page?

I’ve used it for a client site recently, still seems like overkill for this need

You can do all of this through Stripe as long as the customer will never want to see a dashboard or anything.

I’m curious about this too actually - got a project that needs very simple needs. At first, the requirements were just a single item at a time so assumed Charge, but now a ‘cart’ for adding multiple items before paying is desired

Paypal has an “Add to Cart” button, but still researching what that does

Mike, do you need a cart? Or one touch purchase kind of thing?

Still unsure, users might want to buy more than one poster, which a cart would simplify, but they could also just make separate payments from each poster’s page.

Yeah, the 3-5 requirement made me think cart too… but if it’s temporary, I think PayPal’s ‘add-to-cart’ builds up a cart on their side then the user can pay for it all at once. For temporary stuff, that might be your best bet

if the posters are all the same price, multiple hits on a card from the same place for the same amount flags fraud, just FYI

I’ve been watching a video about the Paypal Add to Cart button, sounds like it might work for what we need.

@mike_lohrman You mentioned having used Reinos Store… when the add-on page says “Stripe Checkout”, does that just mean normal Stripe integration?

seems like maybe not - Stripe Checkout is a prebuilt payment form optimized for conversion. Embed Checkout into your website or direct customers to a Stripe-hosted page to easily and securely accept one-time payments or subscriptions. Stripe is needed as my gateway, so curious if anyone has an example using Reinos Store with Stripe Checkout

I used it for an ordering system, but no payments were required, so not sure
