I’m trying to upload an .ics file in the File Manager and getting this error: “File not allowed.” Is this a general issue with this file type?

To successfully upload the .ics file, you can add the following line to your mimes.php configuration file: ‘text/calendar’, // .ics

You can either set up a custom mimes.php file in your config folder or quickly test by adding it to system/ee/expressionengine/config/mimes.php. Make sure the directory allows all uploads for this to work.
