Clean install of EE7. Added TAG add-on. And now cannot change preferences for TAG.

I have EE 7.5.7 running on a site with PHP 8.3. I added the Tag add-on, which works, but I cannot update it’s preferences. I think I have the latest version of tag which is 7.3.1.
