So what version of ExpressionEngine and what version of PHP are you running?

A lot of times those will be a result of running a version of the CMS or Add-Ons that aren’t quite up-to-date with the PHP version you’re running.

Thank you for the reply Russ.

Sorry, but how do I check it since I cannot login to my CP?

Site is exercisebiology.com

Hmmm… Well you should be able to check the PHP version in your hosting platform. Did it work fine previously but all of a sudden started throwing those errors? If you don’t know it, I think you can only see the EE version through the CP.

It sounds like maybe your host updated the PHP version on your server but the ExpressionEngine version you’re running is older and doesn’t have full support for the PHP version.

These errors you are seeing are just “warnings” though so I don’t believe they shouldn’t impact you logging into the control panel, is there perhaps another error further down? Are you able to see the username/password inputs to attempt a login?

You could check with your host and see if they can roll the PHP version back to a lower version so you can access the control panel and upgrade EE first to support newer PHP versions.

Actually, it does look like it is blocking his control panel access… when you visit the admin page all you see are the deprecation errors. Does not affect the front-end tho

Just wanted to say I rolled it back and now it works. I also updated EE to 6.4.

Just wanted to check. If I upgrade to 7 , is it still free? I read now I still have to pay. It says on my cp, “Due to the current number of members, you will need to purchase an Expression Engine Pro license after upgrading to Expression Engine 7.”

Thank you so much for all the support. 😊
