My site license says it's expired, but the only information I have is the site license key.

If your site license shows as expired in the control panel and you’re not sure about your account information, send us the license key at [email protected]. We can figure out what account the license is under and walk you through the next steps.

If the license expiration date is less than a year old, you’ll qualify for a license renewal purchase.

@uno online, It’s possible the renewal payment went through, but the license hasn’t been automatically updated. Look for any emails, or invoices related to the license renewal. If the renewal was successful, you might need to manually update the license on your site using the provided instructions or by contacting the vendor’s support.
