EE7 Structure vs standalone Structure for older versions

I have updated a testing environment from EE5 to EE7 (first time using EE7) and see that the add on “Structure” has an available update to 6.0.0. However, in the EE add on store it says 5.3.2 is the latest, and that is what we’re running currently.
Does anyone have any changelog info on the 6.0.0 update? Is it ok to update?

It is definitely fine to just run the update on the Add-ons page in the CP and remove the old files from system/user/addons and themes/user/.
In EE7, Structure is included as part of the EE core, which is that update to Structure 6. After updating, you can go ahead and remove structure from the /user/addons folder, since that copy will no longer be used.
