Errors sending mail with SMTP server

Trying to do a simple send mail from the control panel and getting the attached errors. This is happening on my production server, but on my local (MAMP) server it sends successfully. I’m using a Sendgrid SMTP relay with API key. Anyone know of any reason I’m having a problem here? I’m guessing it’s on the hosting side, but they’re not much help.
