Pro License Attached - Site not seeing it

Upgraded site to Pro. Did all the things/ steps. Site still isn’t reading as Pro. It’s been 10 hours.

1. Clicked purchase pro from CP.
2. Transferred to ee.com.
3. Made purchase.
4. Followed video steps. License is “attached” to domain. 4.a. Yes. I added the license to the site CP.
5. Waited a few hours. Site CP still not “Pro”.
6. Asked Slack.
7. Verified cURL enabled.
8. 10 hours. Site CP still not “Pro”.

This isn’t my server. Working off clients server, I have minimal access.

What am I missing? What can I suggest to client? How is license “attached” but not showing?
