Updated image is not refreshing

I have an image that is updating on a regular basis. I’m pulling it onto a template from an external directory. The image on the template is not updating even though I have turned off cache on the template. How do I get the image to update?

It could be your browser caching the image. Suggest doing a hard refresh of the page or clearing your browser cache.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, there is no change.

Ok, try changing the image called from the template and get that to load, then change back to the original image to see if it picks it up.

I figured out the problem. The image file is not overwriting at the source. Thanks for your help!
