Freeform won't submit

I’m trying to set up a freeform next form. EE 7.2.11 Freeform 3.0.4
Upon submission the form reloads the page. Can’t figure out what is happening. Any advice appreciated!

It would be helpful to us if you share your template code for the form and any JavaScript you might have attached to the form?
Hi Andy, I built the form manually and forgot to include a required field I added later to it. Just had to sleep on it to realize. Thanks L.
Enable template debugging in ExpressionEngine to get more detailed information about the form submission process. Look for any error messages or unusual mapquest directions behavior in the debug output.
Check your browser’s developer console for any JavaScript 2048 errors that may be causing the form submission to fail. Errors in your JavaScript can interrupt the form submission process. Fixing these errors might resolve the issue.
