Safe Harbor Lite

Hi,
Inside the EE Addons page exists the Safe Harbor Lite.
https://expressionengine.com/add-ons/safe-harbor-lite
But the Add-on is disabled because it needs a License Key. I guess the download version seems to be the full commercial version.
Does exist a link for the Safe Harbor Lite without licence key?

It works well with EE 7.2.4
