File Entries Sub-Directory Filter

Love that we can manage sub-directories in the file module now. A couple of minor upgrades would be great.

1. Something saying you need to be in file view in order to edit / delete a folder would probably be helpful.
2. A way to filter by sub-directory / path in the file entries tag would be really useful.
