Can't disable dock?

When I toggle off the dock in Pro, it appears disabled for a second, then the page refreshes, and the toggle is enabled again. Any idea what gives?

Paul, if you open Dev tools, do you have any console errors? I typically see this when I have other Javascript errors on the page that conflict with the Dock.
