SOLVED - View file not found: logs/developer
How Do I?
I’m using EE 5.4.3 I recently had to revert to a previously saved version of my site after attempting to upgrade to version 6. Everything was fine except I can no longer access logs/developer (screenshot attached).
I would really appreciate it if anyone knows how to fix this.
I’ve done this before. Are you using .gitignore and are ignoring logs?
No, I’m not using .gitingnore.
Have you been able to solve this? Did you check to see if system/ee/EllisLab/ExpressionEngine/View/logs/developer.php file actually existed? If not then I would think that something didn’t transfer correctly or even get archived correctly in the past. You can grab a copy of 5.4.3 from the Github repo you want to verify you have all the correct system files: https://github.com/ExpressionEngine/ExpressionEngine/releases/download/5.4.3/ExpressionEngine5.4.3.zip
Hi Andy Yes, you’re right - there was nothing in the logs folder so I’ve uploaded from Github and it now works fine. Thank you so much for your help. Max
