Add custom fields within Title Tag

Basically, on every Channel settings, there is a Prefix field where we can enter word/s to put before a Title is inputted on the publishing end. Now I request a feature to extend this as in add a Suffix field and also add an Option to add text-fields within a Title-Tag. So basically a Title-Tag is only 1 rectangular text-input, now if we can break that apart into multiple text-inputs then would be great, whichever is an empty text-input will be written down at the publishing end. I asked this too at slack.
