Better comment box

Is there a way to use the RTE editor or improve the default comment box?
It’s really frustrating that it will not even add new lines on its own when you submit a comment. I would like to have a better comment box. A bit of format would be welcome.

To add a line when commenting, you need to go to the comment settings and select the newline function when commenting. krunker
