Relationship field with dynamic search

Hi, we are building a news portal.
We are using the relationship field to relate to other news.
What will happen to the field when the site has thousands of entries?
Will it be possible to search for any news in this field?
Is field search dynamic with Ajax?
Is there any extension to enable dynamic search functionality in this field?
Yes you will still be able to search a relationship field because it is a dynamic “ajax” type search. I have a client site that has 12k entries and it works fine.
In your relationship field there is a setting for “Maximum” entries, the relationship will display this many at first, when you do a search it pulls matches directly from the database.
In the EE 5 version the search works correctly. But in version 6.0.6 it’s not looking directly into the database.
Could it be a bug or this feature has not been implemented?
