Getting Started with ExpressionEngine Video Course - Installation

Hi there, we’re going through the installation video and it’s our first time setting up EE in local environment. At minute 4:30 Doug says “I have this pointing to learn-ee.test” - we have Valet running and a localhost connection in place, but there must be another step where we identify where this installation should be pointed to. Any help is appreciated.
