User Messages Template - error 403

Hi! version Expressionengine 5.3.2 on ubuntu/nginix

by submitting a login form or a comment, the system the User Messages Template was showed but doesn’t return to the previous page and in the browser console i have: /index.php error 403

it’s a bug?
