Feature Requests
Would be interesting to have the same approach as the ‘assets’ add-on. I prefer the standaard file grid fieldtype. But the problem here is that you can’t create subfolders when uploading images or PDF files. This makes it a real mess to find files back in one upload folder.

easier: The possibility to select subfolders already created via FTP. Since other file directories have to be created outside of EE in order to be used, this would probably be the most logical solution.
Fields can then either save only to a previously selected folder (as they are now) or…
there would be a new possibility to select one of the defined folders during drag-and-drop upload.
When selecting already existing files, there should be a possibility to select and place several files at the same time. Currently you have to place each file individually.
