Upgrade to EE 4.3.2 from 3, now main site redirects to login page

I’ve got a site that’s been on v2 for years. Client wanted to upgrade, so we purchased a license for 3, migrated the site to 3.5.x over the last couple days and took care of any issues. Today I upgraded it to 4, and the control panel works normally, but visiting the site just presents a login screen.
I checked the template access rules and they are all set to all groups.
We do use member management on some templates, but the main page has none and it still is forcing a login.
What’d I miss?
Is this on the front end? If so, ExpressionEngine doesn’t have any type of automatic functionality for that, it would have to be in your templates. If that’s not what you mean is happening, can you link to a video showing the behavior and what you’ve already looked at?
