Download EE3

Yes, for the time being, you can still download ee3 with the purchase of an ee4 license. In your “Purchases” menu, the “Download” dropdown at the top, right lets you choose which version. I can still download ee2 on my ee3 licenses.

Hmmm, just purchased EE4 with the hope that what’s written here was correct — that I would be able to download EE3. EE3 does NOT appear in the download menu.

Just wasted $299.

New licenses for version 4 do not include downloads for version 3. As there is no reason to use 3 over 4. In the case of version 2 to 3, there were add ons that caused someone to want to stay on 2, so we allowed the download of 2 with new version 3 license purchases.
