internal server error

I have ExpressionEngine v2.10.1
I have member groups to edit specific content. When you are signed in as a certain member group, that is not Super Admin and you go to certain pages in Content > Edit after the page loads there is a Popup box that says “error: internal server error:
It only happens to non super admin users and mostly happens when editing. Has this occurred before? How do you fix?
The first thing to do would be to take a look at the server’s error log. You should get mot specific information on what triggered the server error in the first place.
Here is what I got: Internal Server Error 500: It looks like the error is generated from: show_module_cp&module=matrix_presets&method=get_presets Again, this only happens when you sign into the admin and you are NOT a super admin but a user with limited privileges.
