Social Share Buttons?
How Do I?
Hi folks! I’m looking to add social share buttons to individual entries on my website. Unfortunately, I’m not finding any plugins that do that, and everything I’m finding out there in the internet abyss is for WordPress.
Currently, I’m having to share the URL to the blog portion of the site whenever I post a new update. All this does is, of course, provide the link to the full blog, and displays (on FB, for example) all the random things on the page that precede the post. I’d love to just be able to share a single post. Is it possible? If so, how?

Hi, Pedro! Yes, I’ve tried to sign up on their site, but it doesn’t work. Completed the reg process, but the login keeps looping and won’t log me in. 2 browsers, same issue. I’ve contacted them about it.

OK, I finally was able to log in (their site is not Firefox friendly), but none of their code shares individual entries; it shares the website and that’s it. Thanks anyway, Pedro. :(
That’s not correct. It’s for individual entries. I use it on several news sites.
Would you mind explaining how? I have the code for the buttons inside my entries tag and it still only shares the entire page, not an individual entry. Thank you.
I assume that you’re not putting the sharing code on individual news pages, such as domain.com/news/my-article-here but instead on domain.com/news and then under each entry. AddThis by default will share the current page the person is viewing.

Yep, that’s exactly what I was doing - just including the code before the closing tag for entries. I’ll have a look at the URL you mentioned. Thanks!
