Help, deleted old EE installation, can't restore config file for EE3

EE3 won’t let me install because it’s asking me to restore my old config file from 2.10.1.

The problem is I deleted it, along with the whole installation directory.

Any help on what I can do? Can i create a new file and input certain parameters?

THis sucks.
