Captcha for log-ins

Hey there, our host recommended we use captcha for logins as we were subject to a lot of suspicious activity recently. I have disabled registrations as they were not necessary, but would feel a lot better if this were possible.
I looked for add ons but none were made in the past four years and was a bit hesitant to try one out. Does anyone else use one (I am on EE 2.10.1), just wondered if anyone else had done this?

Thanks for that, it looks interesting. The log-in form doesn’t seem to be included in the list of supported forms however. Thanks for the suggestion all the same.
I know people are trying to log in with brute force attempts, so will keep looking. If anyone knows of a better means to block bots I’d appreciate it.
