When MSM is not enabled the site link in the CP defaults to opening in a new tab, which is fine and logical.
When MSM in enabled the “View” link opens in the current tab which is inconsistent.
Suggest that the MSM enabled view link opens in a new tab.

Hey Rob, this sounds a lot like a bug more than a feature request. I would suggest opening a bug report.
