Search URL and pagination URLs are wrong
How Do I?
On all site I have subdomain.domain.com/art/url_title on category I have subdomain.domain.com/category_template/category_keyword/category_name and it works perfectly, only in pagination and search it does not work correctly. Autogenerated URL on pagination is subdomain.domain.com/MSMsite/S=0/category_template/category_keyword/category_name Same thing happens in search only. How to get rid of MSMsite and S=0 in URL? beacuse only those URLs are not working correctly
I actually have a workaround for now, when I have pagination, I use html find replace and just replace /MSMsite/S=0/ with / but on search form I cannot do that trick.
Whole problem happened after website changed domain from www.domain.com to subdomain.domain.com and I did change in config file, I changed in settings in cpanel, but it stills shows.
Any idea?

So … this is the answer. After few hours of searching everything and then posting here I have found and answer. Someone did set name of index page as sitename and that sitename is same as name in MSM so I was looking at wrong place whole time.
Ouch- and I’m very glad you figured it out, because that would not have occurred to me!
