It’s there but broken, if you manually type in ‘/cp/addons/settings/comment’, but otherwise nowhere to be found in the CP (unless I’ve missed it).

What’s the plan for comment editing in the CP?

Comment editing and settings are located outside of the addons area. You can edit comments at /cp/publish/comments, and adjust settings at /cp/settings/comments. Looks like we’ve left the old controller code for 2.x in there, which is why you’re still able to bring up the old interface.

Cool, but - how does one get there in the CP? Is it linked from anywhere?

Also: could we have the before_* and after_* style hooks for comments as well please (I can see that the mod.comment.php module needs to be rewritten to use the new model, so please consider this a request for the future).

Yes, you can edit an entry’s comments by clicking the comment count next to the entry in the Entry Manager. You can get to the main comment listing via the link on the control panel homepage, or from the breadcrumb on the Comment Settings screen (which is in the Settings section).

I’ll see what I can do, don’t THINK it should be too much work to use a model there.

Ok we’ve got those comment hooks in and firing on the front-end, should be the usual lot, before_comment_insert, etc.
