Publish page design breaking on insert image

I have a problem with controlpanel in EE 2.

Every time I insert a large image in RTE field, entire field resizes to full width of picture in it’s full resolution. On front end picture is displayed correct, but backend design just breaks and I have to scroll all the way to right to se “view code” button. (see attached file for example)

Is there any way to fix this problem?
