EE3 - BETA 1: Button hover text and menu fails.

Mystery-Meet button (has no hover stating what it is or does) fails to function when clicked.
I believe this is the button that was allowing access to things like the Template Manager in previous versions of the previews.
Without this menu, I don’t seem to have access to several parts of the CP.

Hi Kurt, sorry for the inconvenience! Please see this bug report, we had a straggler from the DP builds moving to Beta builds in our gulp script apparently.

It’s still an unlabeled mystery button, but that does get it to trigger a dropdown. Thanks Derek!
