Importing / Converting an Invision Power Board to Expression Engine.

We have a forum that is currently in Invision Power Board, and we are trying to figure out a way to import that into the EE Forum system, we know that EE’s Forum isn’t as robust, but we really do not need as much control, as the Forum is a closed environment within an intranet.
Any ideas on importing / converting the Forum?
