Forgot password - no email sent

Hi all,

I’m trying to reset my password. I’ve clicked on the “Forgot password” link, but I’m not receiving any emails.

I’ve also searched the forum, but didn’t come across any solutions that worked in my case.

I’m on EE 2.5.5, hosted by EngineHosting.

Can anyone offer an explanation?
