How do I display content based on a channel field?

Hi, I am trying to display content on different pages based on the item selected in a dropdown channel field. For example: I have a channel field called “people” which is a dropdown menu of a list of people. This channel field is assigned to a channel called “videos”. In essence, you can tag “people” in the “videos”. Each person (“people”) has a page and I would like to pull the videos with only that person (tagged by channel field) to their page. Is there a way to get this done?
