[EE3] [FR] Show more than 20 addons per page in the Add-on Manager

Now that they’re all unified under one view, I think the default should be more than 20. You have more than 20 built-in first party addons.

I also think First and Third party add-ons should be listed in the same view. Maybe with a column determining if an add-on is 3rd party or not. Having two separate listings is confusing IMO.
