"This form has expired. Please refresh and try again."

Hi,

Again, I have a problem with another site that I can’t replicate. There’s a log in area for this site, and one of my colleagues who has been testing the site has, on occasions, received the following error:

“The following errors were encountered This form has expired. Please refresh and try again. Return to Previous Page”

The site is on version 2.9.2 - Build Date: 20141004.

I thought is was a problem with my colleague logging in to various EE sites as admin and other member types while testing. But some of the clients are having the same issue.

I found something which I thought would fix it, involving adding and changing variables in the config.php file, but to no avail.

Has anyone else come across this issue? If so, how was it fixed?
