Trying to post through Channel form anonymously - “The provided member id to use for guest submissions is invalid”

Hi guys, I have a problem where I try to post through Channel Form I’m getting the above error. This is only when I logged out. as for the tags I have:

{exp:channel:form channel="calendar_events" return="site/index" logged_out_member_id="3"}

I allowed the guest posting from control panel and also my member is from Guest group with name “Customer” and set him as be in “Include user in PUBLISH page multi-author list?” Here is how my Channel form setting appearing in the CP. I’m using Solspace Calendar and these are channels from the module.

Can anybody help with this?
