As far as I know, there is no default functionality in EE that will automatically create a new entry form for you.
My thought is that you need to create a Channel Form on the “new_entry” template in the “channel” template group in order to have the form appear on that template. This would enable the path you show above.

Thanks for the help. However, I don’t fully understand. I am new to EE. Let me explain what I want to do:
I created a channel with 2 field groups in order to post YouTube videos on a page. I would like registered members of the website to also post YouTube videos. I added a button on the page and I would like to like it to the Publish>YouTube_Videos (Channel). Is that possible? You mentioned creating a Channel Form but I don’t understand how the form will allow for post videos onto the page.
