Current Landscape for Event Registration in EE?

Are there currently any supported addons for ee event registrations? I have an ee client who wants to setup registrations for classes, but I don;t see anything that is still current. It doesn’t look like moreEvents has updated in a year or two.

Any input would be truly helpful!
