Unable to connect to Database with Bluehost

I keep getting this error when installing on a Bluehost server: A Database Error Occurred Unable to connect to your database server using the provided settings.

Line Number: 1611

For the SQL server address I am using the IP address Should I be using localhost?

Bluehost support provided me with Server IP to input, so not sure why this error is occurring.

Tried every option, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
