Easiest way to edit multiple entries?

How Do I?

Yeah, I’m back. Last time I was here I’d inadvertently erased years’ worth of entries, but with the help of EE support, they were saved. But they weren’t formatted. At all.

So, over a year later I’m back to fixing the formatting (and I remember why I quit…:D). I have all of the entries saved from the wayback machine and need to copy and paste the code for each entry into EE.

Is there a way to do this that’s not as time consuming as going to the end of my entries (I’m working in 2003 right now) every time I edit and save an entry? I’m spending more time getting back to where I need to be in the edit list than actually editing and saving.

I got the Devot-ee plugin for “Edit this” which add a little icon to each entry so I could do it that way, which would be way easier, but I’m not having any luck getting that to work. Getting a message “The URI you submitted has disallowed characters.” Which I figure is pretty simple to fix, but my mind isn’t in that mode right now.

Any ideas to make this easier and quicker? Or am I just going to have to spend the next couple of months doing this? (I’m whining here…)

TIA
