Access url containing #

Hello,   I use getbootstrap and working with tab to access the url: www.site.com.br/subject/page#item5, always opens the correct page, but opens the tab containing #item1, or whatever it is active by default. I am using codeigniter, but I know that this is client-side, so need some help to be able to access this content directly from the url.   I need to put on the home page some links that go directly to:

www.site.com.br/subject/page#item1 www.site.com.br/subject/page#item2 www.site.com.br/subject/page#item3 www.site.com.br/subject/page#item4 www.site.com.br/subject/page#item5
