Core install, Channel form displays, and returns, but does not update data.

Hello, This question is regarding a brand new 2.9.2 install of EE Core.

I have checked the permissions in the files that need to be set at 666 and 777, and they look correct. Edits from the CP work fine.

In the rendered template, the form displays correctly, showing existing data for the entry and such. When the form is updated and submitted, the changes are not recognised. The form code is below.

I have tried removing different fields from the form to see if they are problematic, but the behavior is the same, even if only the title is the only field.

This is the first time that I have tried to implement a channel form on this install.
