file_ft_options vanished (resolved)

In one of my EE installations, when applying a file field type on a channel field, the part where the file directory can be set (file_ft_options) has disappeared. Also for existing channel fields, file directories cannot be set anymore. File still exists as a field type. I am using EE version 2.9.2.

The only change I made recently, was adding a folder above the document root, though I cannot see how that have an affect.

The problem was caused by missing theme files (Zoo visitor, Gmap).
